Voodooll is operated by VooDooll. The game runs in your browser. You can play the free selection without an account. If you create an account, we store your email address, display name, securely hashed password, verification status, purchases, access dates, creation credits, and personal creation requests and artwork. You can use a display name instead of your real name.

Accounts and payments

Stripe handles paid checkout. We store payment references and transaction amounts so we can manage access, renewals, discounts, refunds, and upgrade credit. We do not receive or store your full card number. Account email is used for verification and password recovery. Expired access does not delete your saved creations or purchase history. Contact the operator using the details below for account or data requests.

Created dolls and pins

Created artwork is retained in the website archive without a scheduled expiration, including after paid access ends. Removing a doll or pin from your account removes your access to that item; it does not erase the archived artwork. Authorized site administrators can view the archive. Subject to the creation terms and the rights we hold, we may copy artwork into public collections offered for sale. We do not publish your email address, private instructions, or customer account details with those collections. Contact us about privacy, removal, or third-party rights concerns; applicable legal obligations may require exceptions to retention.

Community chats and support

Chat is available to registered accounts without a purchase. We store chat codes, connections, blocks, group memberships and messages. Sharing your code lets another account connect with you. Chat members see your display name; new group members can read earlier messages. Changing your code does not remove existing connections. Blocking hides the blocked account’s messages from you and prevents direct communication; leaving or being removed stops access to the conversation but does not erase messages already shared with others.

Chats are not public and are not end-to-end encrypted. Authorized operators may access stored messages when needed for support, security, abuse investigations or legal obligations. Chat records remain stored until the operator removes them or a legal requirement applies. Support tickets and attachments are accessible to the customer concerned and authorized staff; staff may open a ticket for a customer. These private communications are not treated as artwork for resale.

Fortune profiles and readings

The optional birthdate, birth time and birthplace calculator runs in your browser. Those calculator inputs are not sent to or saved by this website. Only calculated signs and symbols are saved, along with the other profile preferences you choose to provide. Do not put your birthdate into the question or context boxes, which are saved as written.

Fortune profiles, questions, AI responses, credit activity and usage records are retained without a scheduled expiration and can be reviewed by authorized administrators. There is no account control to remove or delete a reading. Each personality has a separate conversation. Relevant profile information and that personality’s conversation context are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. The API request asks OpenAI not to store the response as conversation state; provider processing and security retention are governed by its own policies.

If you choose local weather, your current US ZIP is used with Zippopotam.us and the US National Weather Service to obtain a dated forecast. Birthplace is not used as your current location. Readings are private unless you intentionally publish a selected reading. Public links contain the selected answers, and questions or nickname only if you choose to include them; the answers themselves may contain personal information you supplied. Disabling a link stops future access through that link but cannot recall copies others saved. Contact the operator for privacy requests; applicable legal obligations may require exceptions to retention.

Tarot tables and readings

Tarot questions, selected cards, explanations and credit activity are retained in your account history and can be reviewed by authorized administrators. For an AI explanation, we send your question, the drawn card identities and relevant saved fortune-profile preferences to OpenAI. We do not send your account email, current ZIP code or uploaded tarot artwork for that text explanation. Drawing, shuffling and undo do not call the AI. Only an explicitly shared reading becomes public; its answer may contain personal details you included. You can disable a sharing link without deleting the retained history.

Gameplay reporting

When gameplay reporting is enabled, an anonymous signed cookie lasts up to eight hours. We record session times, estimated active seconds, tool action counts and resets to understand how the game is used. These records contain no IP address and do not identify you by name. The site retains gameplay statistics until the operator removes them. The hosting provider may separately retain access and security logs, including IP addresses.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is enabled by default. You can turn it off using the footer control, and this browser remembers your choice. When enabled, Google can collect device, browser, traffic source, approximate location and game event information using its cookies. Turn it off in the footer to stop future collection from this site. This does not erase information already processed by Google. Browser blocking may also prevent tracking.

Browser preferences & security

Your browser remembers your sound and analytics preferences. Customer and owner authentication use essential session and security cookies. Short-term abuse counters use keyed hashes of network addresses, separate from gameplay statistics. Clearing your browser data removes local preferences and the session cookie. It does not delete existing aggregate statistics.
